We #5 - Communication

Work ethics to me is says a lot about your character. It demonstrates that leadership, determination, dependability and reliability of your character. Communication skills is characteristics of your work ethics.  Listening and being a good listener is one the best ways to be a good communicator. I can improve my interpersonal communication skills: it is face-to-face communication. My face expression doesn't line up with what I'm thinking at times. I can improve my face-to-face conversations  because it sometimes sends off mix signals and detour the conversation.
