We # 1- Character

Work ethics to me is “the belief in the moral benefit and importance of work and its inherent ability to strengthen character,” it defines your identity. Character matters, this includes operating a trustworthy manner in demonstrating respect at every opportunity and taking responsibility for your actions. Showing concerns and doing the right thing, even when difficult, represent characteristics found in individuals living and operating in an ethical manner. From my own experience, that I may need to improve is not getting stagnated and discourage during difficult times.
