I am very much so a people person with experience of being a "Leader". Because I have a spirit of cooperating with others made me an effective leader. Having a heart for others and being considerate, patient, genuine, and valuing others people opinions helped me in professional development. Methods for successful leadership are to plan well, communicate effectively, set a good example, invest in relationships, delegate tasks, and ask questions if necessary.
