Work ethics to me describes your character. Someone that shows dedication, responsibility, dependability, self discipline, cooperative and being respectful to others shows that you have good work ethics. Admiring other's abilities to achieve shows that you respect and value the well being of others as much as you do your own. Treat people like you would like to be treated, show respect by being polite and kind.
